So, a few days ago - i tanked and got a slew of non-vegan stuff at Safeway's - some candy bars, string cheese, etc...
I was good for a couple of days until today. I did a chair massage event where, afterwards they had free food available and i didn't have the chance to bring food w/me beforehand so i was hungry from the massages (unprepared, hungry - always a bad combination) and totally tanked again today, chips, hot chocolate, candy bars, etc
when i tank, i tend to tank "hard" with the feeling that hopefully this will be the last time i tank for awhile - so i tend to overdo it in the immediate short term.
